Regional Expansion

To provide you with better services while adhering to regional privacy requirements, the Avigilon Blue cloud platform is expanding to multiple regions.

For Existing Customers

The next time you sign in using your browser or mobile device, you'll be asked to select your region. You can change your region at any time. Note that your credentials will only work for the regions you're assigned to.

Additional regional support will be added over time.

Using Microsoft Azure, your data is securely stored in your region and not shared across other regions.

For Multinational Organizations

With the Avigilon Blue cloud platform, you can switch between regions associated with your account.

Desktop

  1. Sign out of your account.
  2. Go to blue.avigilon.com
  3. The "Select your region" page is displayed. Select the appropriate region.
    Your credentials will only work for the regions you are assigned to.
  4. The Sign In page is displayed. Sign in to your organization.

Mobile

  1. Tap Settings, then tap Regions.
  2. Select your region and then tap Next.
    Your credentials will only work for the regions you're assigned to.
  3. A dialog box is displayed. Tap Sign Out.
    The Sign In page is displayed. The selected region appears at the bottom.
  4. Sign in to your organization.
